Kari Kelapa Ikan Nyonya?
Kari Kelapa (Kepala?) Ikan Nyonya...

Today is Friday and here in Kedah, it's holiday! And the best thing is Friday is my wife's cooking day!!! Yeah!!! And... yes, another and,... and her menu today, 1) "Masak Tempoyak Pucuk Ubi Kayu Bersama Udang" (according to her...ehehhe), 2) "Ayam Goreng Madu" and 3) "Sup Ikan Tenggiri" chinese style... Hmmmmm Ummmphh!!!!


Oh yes, yesterday I couldn't prepare the Gulai Tempoyak Pucuk Ubi Kayu because, there was NO SANTAN at home... Whoahahahahaha...

So, this morning we went to buy the SANTAN KELAPA or coconut milk. Normally we use coconut milk in a packet since it is instant and ready to use :D

Here's the coconut milk that we bought at the grocery store near our house:

hmmm...


When we reached home, suddenly my wife asked me, what is "Kari Kelapa Ikan Nyonya"?...

Huh?? How would I know... ?

I guess you just have to follow the instruction to find out :D

      She only cooks on Friday... and sometimes on Saturday in a week... :D... So must request as many dishes as possible ehehehehe.. :)

      ooo hahahaha...good idea...i would suggest this to my hubby... cooks only once / twice a week...but the term "as many dishes as possible' tu yg x tahan :)

    Terbaiklah Wafa..semua lauk favorite kita tu..Gulai Tempoyak Pucuk Ubi Kayu ni memang susah nak jumpa kan...Selalunya bila beli kat kedai, dah macam overcook..tempoyak pun rasanya macam tak ada je..nway salam hujung minggu ya!!!
