Hmm... Today, I'd like to have 'Pucuk Ubi Kayu Rebus' for dinner, and also to have it with 'Bilis' Sauce a.k.a Budu ehehe ..hmmmm bilis sauce? *sounds hilir a bit*
So, firstly since I have to go somewhere else this afternoon, i just have to leave the leaves in the water for a while. :D
The other one... I'm thinking of having "Pucuk Ubi Kayu Masak Tempoyak"...hmmm or actually 'Gulai Tempoyak Pucuk Ubi Kayu' because it's something like 'Gulai Lemak' or 'Masak lemak'.. ahh whatever lah..

ReplyDeleteHahaha... It's tapioca shoots. If you eat 'sambal belacan', you can find these shoots at the market, boil it until it the green color of the shoots completely gone. Serve like that, just dip some with sambal belacan and take with some rice... :D
